Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Methuen, MA

Platinum Protection is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who thrives in the fast-paced and high growth environment. Their main duties will include but not limited to locating new sales opportunities and building upon existing customer opportunities and maintain quotes process.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Follow up on new and existing leads to further the sales goals
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
• Inputting new and maintaining existing customer’s information in CRM application
• Create new and review/adjust existing quotes based on customer requirements that come through in the email, phone, or text messages format
• Understanding customer needs and requirements, ability to follow up on customer requests, understand client’s timelines and changes to scope
• Basic knowledge of Security Systems, Cameras, Access Control and Alarm Systems
• Computer proficiency (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
• Excellent communication (spoken and written) and presentation skills
• Highly organized and motivated to learn
• Computer Networking and Technical Background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
